Warranty
Patients receive a guarantee for all dental services provided entirely in the Multimed Medical Clinic.
The condition for granting the guarantee is:
• adoption and implementation of the entire ordered treatment plan,
• preventive and hygienizative visits (scaling + sandblasting + fluoridation) and a control visit (at the attending physician) every 6 months,
• maintaining oral hygiene as recommended by a hygienist or doctor,
• immediate execution of the procedures recommended by the doctor during follow-up visits.
Conservative treatment:
• 1 year warranty with correctly maintained occlusal conditions (in the case of missing teeth, the guarantee is granted for 6 months),
• 1 year warranty for root canal treatment,
• 6 months warranty in milk teeth.
Prosthetic treatment:
• 1 year warranty for crown-root inlays,
• 2 years warranty for permanent prosthetic restorations,
• 1 year warranty for removable dentures,
• 6 months warranty in the case of uncompleted teeth missing, after filling all the missing teeth, the doctor may extend the warranty.
Implant treatment:
• 5-10 years warranty for the implanted implant,
• 2 years warranty for prosthetic work on implants,
• 6 months warranty in the case of uncompleted teeth missing, after filling all the missing teeth, the doctor may extend the warranty.
NO WARRANTY DAMAGE CAUSED AS A RESULT OF:
- insufficient oral hygiene,
- failure to comply with the doctor's instructions regarding handling of prosthetic restorations,
– non-compliance with recommended check-ups,
– accidents / mechanical injuries,
– natural bone loss and periodontal changes,
– an existing condition having an adverse effect on the chewing system (e.g. diabetes, osteoporosis, epilepsy, conditions after chemotherapy and radiation therapy),
– inflammation of the alveolus after tooth extraction, dry socket
– corrections made outside the Multimed Medical Clinic or by the patient himself.
– tooth crown fractures between visits of teeth under treatment.
In the event of a defect or ailment resulting from dental treatment, the Patient is obliged to immediately report to the attending physician within no more than 2 weeks from the moment the problem occurred.
